Abstract(in English) In practical fields of safety management for socio-technical systems like Raliway and Aviation, the staff members' practical knowledge and information are often shared among them through their daily chats in a refresh room. Our study aims at enhancing such chats in a refresh room in order to foster knowledge sharing among the staff members further, and it is attempted to develop the methods for that applying psychological theories and information technologies. In this report, we describe the outline of the developed methods and report the basic evaluation of the effectiveness.
