Abstract(in English)	This report introduces the most advanced technologies on networking presented in the IEEE Global Communications Conference (GLOBECOM 2016) which was held in Washington DC, USA from December 4th to December 8th, 2016. Though a lot of researches were presented at the GLOBECOM 2016, this report focuses on presentations related to optical networking technologies, and software defined networking (SDN) and virtualization technologies.
