Abstract(in English) This paper discribes a website to learn English grammar, reading and writing by personal computer, tablet terminator and smartphone connected to the Internet. The website is composed of Japanese-English bilingual corpus classified by all grammatical items which junior high school and high school student learn. Some grammatical items give comments based on results by Japanese and English linguistics, Japanese and English education, translation studies, and natural language processing. The website will make it possible to improve English reading and writing by understanding difference of sentence structures and different ways of expression and thinking between Japanese and English. It will enable to learner to excite intellectual curiosity of learning English.
