Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) By advance of miniaturization of electronic devices, a ground of a printed circuit board is tend to be small and complicated and the ground may have some defects, such as connectors or clearance halls of vias, ground slots. In this paper, we calculated electromagnetic coupling between two ground slots placed closely on a printed circuit board using multi-conductor transmission lines method. To calculate crosstalk between the ground slots, we derived the per-unit-length mutual capacitance and inductancebetween two slots using transverse electromagnetic wave excited by a ground slot. And we showed the validity of results using proposed method by comparing with the results of FDTD methodwhen slot width is narrow.
