Automatic Battery Charger for Rotor Wings Type Unmanned Aerial Vehicle

Abstract(in English) This paper describes the proposal of the automatic battery charger for unmanned aerial vehicle and the positioning method when landing. And then, we conduct the performance evaluation of the system by the outdoor experiments at day and night. Especially, the development of the automatic battery charger is considered by the simple maintenance and the error of the positioning when landing. To accurately landing on the automatic battery charger device at all day, the positioning method using the camera equipped on UAV is proposed. And then, to show the effectiveness of the system, the outdoor experiments are conducted at day and night.
