Proposal on edge cloud architecture using flow control edge routers

Abstract(in English) The IoT (Internet of Things) services are emerging as well as the bandwidth requirement for rich media communication services increase exclusively. We propose edge cloud architecture that consists of packet flow control layer and service control layer for easy addition and reallocation of new service node functions. Service node functions for the emerging services should be aggregated in a local cloud to follow the change and reduce operation cost. We describe the service function implement examples using multiple flow control and VxLAN tunnels of the large-scale edge routers. In addition, we describe the high voltage direct current power supply system for the high-power consumption edge routers to reduce the power supply current.
