Abstract(in English) | In order to understand unknown things, it is convenient if we can easily obtain simple supplementary information. We are studying a support method of information understanding by automatically generating simple supplementary information. In this paper, simple information of foods supplemented with geographical information, name, and related keywords. We evaluated the comprehension level of explanatory words about local cuisine and souvenirs with Web questionnaires and got 67 answers. The results shows the effects of the explanatory words depending on the foods, It is important to use raw material, cooking method, seasoning etc. as feature keywords. it was suggested that it is important to select an appropriate kind of keyword according to the type of food. |
