Abstract(in English) In this paper, we propose a method to improve visibility of Web contents by color-weak compensation of images and outline processing of characters simultaneously. For the color-weak compensation, we applied a model to compensate both protanopia and deutanopia in LMS space. For the characters enhancement, we produced outlines and graduation to separate characters from background. The proposed algorithms are evaluated by both obsevers with weak color vision and with normal color vision.
