Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) We have developed the Ubiquitous Greenhouse as a project based learning content that students can comprehensively learn contents of technology education in junior high school. We conducted experiments on plant growth using the Ubiquitous Greenhouse. We used Raspberry Pi for control system. Raspberry Pi acquires weather data of remote areas in real time, and reproduces the Ubiquitous Greenhouse by controlling multiple home appliances based on the data. In the plant growth experiments, we compare plants growth between the open air and the Ubiquitous Greenhouse. As a results, there were clear differences in plants growth.
