Abstract(in English) | We foresee in the upcoming IoT era, there will be a variety of radio access technologies for each IoT use cases, such as LTE, 5G, LPWA and so on. If wireless access systems for each radio technologies are required, it will be concerned that the management will become more complex and the power consumption will increase. To overcome such difficulties, we proposed integrated management architecture that dynamically configure the common wireless equipment such as software-defined-radio platform so that it works as a variety of radio-technology base station only in required time and places according to the IoT service requirement. In this paper, we evaluated, as one of the use cases, how we can reduce the total power consumption by effectively managing in such multiple wireless access environment. |
