Abstract(in English) | Recently, a variety of digital contents are shared by a lot of network users using Peer-to-Peer (P2P) communication systems. A conventional research proposed a method that divides content items into small pieces and share them using the storages of plural peers to efficiently maintain various kinds of contents in the network and raise the contents acquisition rate. However, the deletion of unnecessary contents is insufficient, and content pieces were too distributed to retrieve effectively. In this research, we decide an appropriate reference range that can reduce the load on the network, and improve the conventional method with a function to remove unnecessary content items from the network per unit time. On top of that, we confirm the effectiveness of the proposal by computer simulations. |
