| Abstract(in English) | With the widespread use of smart phones and in-car navigation systems, people are increasingly using LBS (Location-based Services) such as route finding and POI (Point-of-Interest) search. A great number of mobility traces (a.k.a. Spatial Big Data) are also collected into a data center, and are expected to be used to find popular places or provide traffic information. However, such services and data raise privacy concerns, since location information might disclose users' private information such as homes, social relationships, and preferences. Consequently, a number of studies have been made on location privacy attacks and defenses. In this talk, the author introduces recent technology trends in location privacy based on top conference/journal papers, including our resent research results. |
