Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) The purpose of this research is to support attaching piano accompaniment to songs with only melody. In order to attach piano accompaniment, firstly, it is necessary to assign chords to each measure that do not make discordance. Then, the rhythm patterns of the accompaniment (accompaniment pattern) are selected so as to fit for the impression of the melody. In order to support attaching chords, this research proposes the system that checks whether attached chords make discordance or not and gives feedback. In order to determine the impression that accompaniment patterns can give, we examined the impression of accompaniment patterns and define it as imagination transition model. Then, we have developed the system in which the accompaniment patterns are able to be selected by pointing out the direction of changing the impression.
