Abstract(in English) | Conventionally the speech enhancement in noisy environment is widely studied by modifying only the amplitude spectrum of the speech signal, while the phase spectrum which is regarded as the unimportant feature in speech enhancement field is ignored. However, it has recently reported that the phase spectrum plays an important role in speech quality. The fundamental-frequency-based approach is known as a phase reconstruction in speech enhancement, which is difficult to estimate an inarificial phase spectrum and speech. This paper proposes the speech enhancement with a phase reconstruction based on a phase distortion, which is the feature that represents changes in phase spectra in harmonic frequencies. The proposed method enables to reconstruct an inartificial speech in comparison to the conventional phase reconstruction. The objective experiment results show the improvement of speech quality and the efficiency of the proposed method. |
