Estimation of tool usage based on co-occurrence of part shape of tool and operation

Abstract(in English) We propose a method to estimate tool usage from the shape of unknown tool based on co-occurrence of the part shape of tool and operation. Describe the shape of the tool with a silhouette bitmap and describe the operation of the tool with a vector by Doc2vec. By preparing a large number of pairs of tool shapes and operations, by we create a dictionary of co-occurrence of the tool part shape and operation by SparseNMF, and estimation of tool usage from the shape of the unknown tool.
