Abstract(in English) Recently, elderly people in long-term care have been increasing in Japan. More than half of them have lifestyle-related disease. It is important to improve their lifestyle for preventing from lifestyle-related disease, and for decreasing the number of elderly people in long-term care. In this study, we propose the self-healthcare management system using a television set to prevent from lifestyle-related disease for elderly people living alone. This system shows the measurement results of their daily vital data and daily schedule for their healthcare on their television set.
