| 抄録(和) | 本研究では，他者に自分の動き出しを感知されにくくなる効果があるとされる「中間重心立位法」に着目し，この立位からの踏み出し動作と通常の静止立位からの踏み出し動作との相違点を実験的に調べた．まず，静止立位状態での筋活動やバランス特性を分析したところ，中間重心立位では通常の立位姿勢と比べて足関節底屈に関わる筋（ヒラメ筋，腓腹筋）の活動が高いこと，全身がやや前方に移動し床反力中心が支持基底面のほぼ中央に位置していることが明らかになった．次に，静止立位からの踏み出し動作においては，前進，後退に関わらず通常立位に比べて動作に要する時間が短くなることがわかった．また，中間重心立位からの前進動作では，通常立位からの動作に比べて体幹部の上下方向運動の変化が小さく，動作の観察者が動き出しを検出するための視覚的手がかりが減少している可能性があることがわかった．以上の結果は，中間重心立位からの動き出しは，速い動きを達成すると同時に動き出しを検出しにくくすることによって相手が応答しにくくしていることを示唆する． |
| 抄録(英) | In the present study, we focused on “Chukan-Jushin Ritsui” (central weight standing: CW standing), which is said to have an effect to make others hardly notice the movement onset from this standing posture, and compared the characteristics of step-out movements from normal quiet standing and from CW standing. We found that the step-out movement was faster executed from CW standing, compared with normal standing, irrespective of movement direction (i.e., forward or backward). In the forward movement, especially, vertical trunk movement was diminished for the movement from CW standing. These results suggest that CW standing accelerates the initial phase of movement, together with eliminating visual cues for others to detect the movement onset, which may prevents others from responding to one’s movement. |
