| Abstract(in English) | The white-box switch which is controlled by any software is one of the options in order to provide moreflexible carrier transport networks. Nevertheless, because mostly conventional software embraces monolithic architecture, the adoption to virtualized network based on multi-protocol label switching forwarding has some difficulties. To solve this problem, the authors propose new software architecture for controlling white-box switches. In thisarchitecture, utilization of open source software and separation by open interface are commonly used. Moreover, aprototype software is developed for the feasibility study. This prototype worked well in terms of a label advertisement, installing routes to hardware, and path switching in case of link fault. Furthermore, the functional part ofconverting routes need a lot of time is indicated through the performance test, and the authors propose the methodfor the improvement. |
