Abstract(in English) | People Flow Project by Center for Spatial Information Science in the University of Tokyo provides people flow data created from person-trip census data. Although various datasets in major cities are open for research purpose, people flow data in Fukui city have not created yet. Furthermore, there exist some datasets in which the number of places of departure and destination for expressing people mobility is only one for each representative postal address. In numerical simulations of information dissemination using epidemic routing by close-range wireless communication, effects of method for generating people flow data on epidemic routing have not been well considered. In this study, we consider the effects through creating two types of people flow data from person-trip census data in Fukui for comparison. The first data is that places of departure and destination are only one point for each representative address and nodes expressing the mobility of people move linearly between them. The second data is that places of departure and destination are distributed around the representative postal addresses and each node moves along a shortest path on the road network. We perform numerical simulations of epidemic routing where a selected node initially have a message by changing the communication distance. As a result, we find that when the distance is sufficiently short, the speed of information dissemination by the second data becomes slower than the first ones. |
