| Abstract(in English) | In recent years, with development of high performance user terminal such as smart phones, the amount of mobile data traffic is growing rapidly. Therefore, it is considered to increase the wireless communication capacityby arranging small cells such as WiFi densely, and to offload the communication traffic from cellular networks. In the existing method, assuming GBR (Guaranteed Bit Rate) users and conventional BE (Best Effort) users in an environment where macro cells and small cells coexist, virtual APs are configured for each service. It achieves to improve QoS (Quality of Service) by reconfiguration of physical APs allocation in constant interval. However, it assumes a limited environment where all APs are uniformly placed, so that it is not robust. In this paper, to overcome this problem, we propose a method to improve the satisfaction degree of BE users while keeping the call blocking rate of GBR users at the target value even in an environment where macro cells and small cells are placed non-uniformly. |
