Abstract(in English) | In this paper, for Heterogeneous networks (HetNet) where multiple cells are included in an area, wepropose an optimal resource allocation considering dual connectivity and traffic load on backhaul links. In theproposed method, two optimization problems are constructed; one is for determining the allocation of a base stationand frequency slots to each user, and the other is for determining routes for each traffic in backhal. We derive asolution for these problems, and the solution for the first problem is used for the second problem. The allocationof frequency slots and routes for each traffic in backhaul can be determined by solving the optimization problems. We evaluate the performance of the proposed method in three types of topologies with simulation, and we compareits performance with that of another method. Numerical examples show that by using the proposed method, theamount of traffic is increased by allocating the frequency slots to users with dual connectivity and the maximumlink load can be decreased by using routing traffic appropriately. |
