Improving Recognition Accuracy in Biometrics Using ECG Waveform

Abstract(in English) ECG is individual biological information, small amount of information and difficult to imitate, so that it is expected to apply to the individual recognition system. However, there is a problem of the recognition accuracy in the biometrics using the ECG because of the dynamic characteristics. In this paper, we detected the feature points of ECG waveform, and determined the best making method for template by comparing the recognition accuracies. Moreover, we realized higher recognition accuracy with the KNN classifier where the similarities of the divided templates are used as the feature amount.
