Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) As noise reduction techniques, the author discusses about narrowband noise reduction and detection of a narrowband signal using an adaptive signal processing. First, an adaptive line enhancer (ALE) is presented. An ALE is generally used to estimate a sinusoidal signal which is superimposed by wideband noise. In this paper, the author discusses another example about use of an ALE also. Next, an adaptive notch filter based on an infinite impulse response (IIR) filter is explained, and its application is presented.
