Abstract(in English) | Recently, a demand for flexible group communication considering the information of users' location and property in emergency event is increasing drastically. To achieve this, we have proposed r-Space system mainly consisted of (users') data collection and data delivery. In this research, we focus on data collection that can satisfy wide range of quality requirement for application messages. Since various information will be collected from diverse devices, communication quality requirements of each application will also vary in the future. In our proposed scheme, a representative node (RN) for some area collects information of neighbor nodes and transmits the concatenated message to an r-Space server. To meet the quality requirement of each message, an RN calculates the weighted value of an arrival message based on the ``residual waiting time'' which is calculated based on its quality requirement and the waiting time in the buffer. A message has bigger weighted value is preferentially concatenated and then transmitted if the condition is satisfied. Through simulation experiments, we showed that our proposed scheme can reliably collect messages within the requirement for each message even for the messages with the severe quality requirement, while reducing the number of transmitted messages by 94%. |
