Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) Recent large and complicated networks make system operations more difficult because patterns of failure causes are more diverse than the past. Especially, failure cause identification requires that operators have much knowledge and experience. Therefore, a workload concentration on the expert operator becomes an urgent problem. In this paper, we propose a method of obtaining trouble-shooting processes from trouble tickets that records operator's action logs. Specifically, we develop a novel algorithm for identifying the sentences that show the same action from documents described by human language.
