| Abstract(in English) | The amount of user traffic is increasing by some of the video distribution services in which users watch high resolution movies, distribute videos the user made or broadcast live. Since there are some heavy users communicate massive traffic, a network bandwidth becomes full and normal users can’t communicate enough. Therefore, from the fair point of view, we should grasp traffic usages of all users accurately and control their charging and communication based on their traffic usages. In this article, we describe about evaluation of existing notification methods of user traffic usage to a control server. Then we propose and evaluate a new notification method, assuming the service to control users’ charging and communication based on their traffic usage by using the Policy and Charging Control specified in 3GPP. |
