| Abstract(in English) | As an application of radio waves in the ocean, we investigated a position estimation system underwater. In this report, numerical calculation is performed in the kHz band for estimating the position of the diver. Since seawater is a highly conductive loss medium, it propagates along the path with the minimum propagation loss, suggesting that it becomes a lateral wave. We also showed that the position estimation is possible using the received power strength. |
