Abstract(in English) | This paper proposes a latency reduction scheme for high reliable and low latency transmission scheme for Long Term Evolution Advanced (LTE-A) systems. In this paper, we considers an access point (AP) covered area in which a controller and controlled machines are allocated. In this case, latency is measured in the round trip time that consists of four links; controlled equipment → base station, base station → control equipment, control equipment → base station and base station → controlled equipment. ACK/NACK detection is done not by the ACK/NACK message but by detecting transferred message by the AP, whether transmission information in the downlink is the same as the previously transmitted information or not. Moreover, to exactly achieve reliable transmission using at most one retransmission, transmit power is controlled in the retransmission process. Computer simulation confirms that the proposed scheme is effective in reducing round trip delay in the machine control systems. |
