Abstract(in English) We propose a scheme that controls resource to prevent anomal traffic and validate its effect by experiments. Research on technology to prevent anomal traffics on network system is under way. However, it requires large costs to introduce such as technology. Therefore, it is difficult to obtain resources for enough throughput. In this paper, we try to raise security in the entire network system by maximize the limited resources.
