[Invited Talk] A Study of Edge Computing in Autonomous Mobility System

Abstract(in English) The edge computing techniques is a promising approach to reduce a traffic load and a network latency. However, suitable architecture of edge computing platform for autonomous mobility system has not been clarified. This paper reports a research progress of edge computing in the "development and demonstration of autonomous mobility system" project (2016). This paper also reports international standardization activities about edge computing in ETSI ISG MEC.
