Abstract(in English) | Maximum percent flicker is defined as safety level of LED illumination in IEEE Std. 1789-2015. We experimentally clarify that arbitrary multi-level modulation can be realized using low frame rate image sensor under maximum percent flicker condition. Bit rate of 80 bps is achieved with image sensor of 60 fps using 16QAM under maximum percent flicker condition that subcarrier frequency is 20 Hz and percent flicker is 0.25 %. |
