Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) Small signal linear analysis was applied to the transmission line oscillators loaded with RTD pairs, which can output a high order harmonic signal. In this approach, the RTD determines the connectivity conditionsof the solution of the wave equation at the segmented transmission lines. High order oscillation frequencies aresuccessfully obtained with this analysis.
