Study on micro vibration sensing technique using Fabry-Perot interferometer with optical fibers

Abstract(in English) We constructed the Fabry-Perot interferometer using a spherically polished ferrule endface facing mirror attached to single-mode fiber. Those interferometers with a DFB-LD and a fiber coupler could be detected micro-vibration amplitude of 3-150 nm.
