Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) Students who live in a dormitory at the National Institute of Technology hand in a night-and-meal-away request at the dormitory office counter using printed paper every week when they go back home. In this paper, to reduce the receipt procedure workload on office workers, we propose an online student request system for these night-and-meals-away. The questionnaire results from both the students and office workers confirm the effectiveness of the proposed system.
