Fast Intra/Inter CU size Decision for H.265/HEVC using Machine Learning

Abstract(in English) There is a heavy time complexity on HEVC(High Efficiency Video Coding) encoder, and the computation of CU(Coding Unit) size decision is particularly large. To solve the time complexity problem, the research of fast Intra CU size decision by using Machine Learning became popular in these years. On the other hand, there is not too much research for Inter CU size decision by using Machine Learning. In this paper, we have proposed a fast CU size decision method by using Machine Learning which can support both Intra CU and Inter CU.
