| Abstract(in English) | Open data is an idea that tries to publish data openly in internet without restriction and to utilize them, like open source movement. One of the examples of open data is activities aimed at resolving regional issues by utilizing data that was previously owned by local governments and was not openly available. The idea of open data movement itself is fine; but in practice the progress is slow. In this paper, we describe utilization of open data for social contribution from the standpoint of education and social events. We introduce our experiences and explain future research plan. |
