| Abstract(in English) | Single-mode optical connectors attenuation depend on fiber core offset. We need criteria of fiber offset distribution for ferrule-less connector which use minute holes for alignment fibers to consider attenuation distribution. We clarified the relationship between attenuation and fiber outer diameter distribution of ferrule-less type PC connectors based on the Monte-Carlo simulation technique. |
