Abstract(in English) To achieve a low-loss multi-fiber connector such as MT or MPO connectors, it is important to inspect fiber eccentricities in MT ferrules. There is an issue with the conventional inspection equipment to take a long measurement time. In this paper, we report a novel our-developed inspection equipment that can inspect fiber eccentricities in MT ferrules with high speed measurement.
