Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) Efficiency potential for various types of solar cells such as crystalline Si, III-V and multi-junction, CIGS and CdTe solar cells is analyzed by considering their radiative lifetime, non-radiative lifetime, external radiative efficiency and resistance losses. Efficiency potential of future generation solar cells such as Perovskite, CZTS(Se), quantum weil and quantum dot solar cells is also presented.
