Abstract(in English) Data transaction might have most likely been relative one, i.e., corporate A versus corporate B, or one to multiple stakeholders. We will overview N versus N transaction in automotive and healthcare industries on how they deal with data transaction in business trial, and seek for some common reference model which is a main point of discussion. As a matter of course personal data shall be secured with owner’s approval to disclose it to others, case study from healthcare implies that possible scalable benefit should be shown for motivation purpose to attract in taking part in the data marketplace.
