Electrochemical behavior of Co-Cr alloy in NaCl solution

Abstract(in English) In this study, effect of alloy elements on corrosion behavior of Co-Cr alloy was investigated by electrochemical measurements. Type 316 stainless steel was used as comparison material. In the results, the Co-Cr alloy was able to maintain its high corrosion resistance due to the existence of Cr oxide formed on the passive film.
