Abstract(in English) | In favor of the emergency condition in the disaster area, one Information Centric Network (ICN) & Drone based Emergency Information System (EIS) is proposed here in this paper. In addition, we further propose, for the first time, the geography-coordinate-naming strategy for the ICN. With ourproposals in hand, the emergency network service can be provided for the disaster areas where all of the optical and wireless networks are down. Furthermore, with our ESIs assistance, the content based transmission (searching, surveying, SOS, etc.) can be easily and precisely executed whereas our geography coordinate-naming is used for the system. Another, the request Interest can also be stored in the cache of different consumers andresponse later while the Drone flies over the area, which is of great significance when the Producer is out of power. Whereas in prior literatures, that is impossible to provide such a communication service. |
