Abstract(in English) In this study, a frequency controllable band pass filter (BPF) with wide variable range of the center frequency is composed by combining switched varactor diode-loaded m-type admittance inverters and varactor diode-loaded resonators with attenuation poles. Firstly, the insertion loss occurred in the passband is analyzed by the parameters of each variable element and the substrate. After that, we change the circuit structure of the m-type admittance inverter and investigate the insertion loss improvement.
