Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) This work proposes a perform source estimation method of en-face optical coherence tomography (OCT) through sparse signal modeling. The en-face OCT is a technique that enables high-resolution acquisition of tomo-graphic images of organism in short time using multi-frequency infra-red rays. The authors are trying to applyit to observe the hair cells of the cochlea of the inner ear. However, acquired data deteriorate due to optical andelectrical factors such as lens aberration and sensitivity of an image sensor for capturing reected light. From theabove reasons, a high quality image recovery technique is required. In this study, a source signal estimation methodwith 3-D non-separable oversampled lapped transform (3-D NSOLT) is proposed, which the authors proposed as aprevious work. The performance is evaluated through simulation of en-face OCT restration for arti cially generateddata. The performance is compared with FFT-domain ltering in terms of peak signal-to-noise rate (PSNR) andstructual similarity index measure (SSIM) so that the signi cance of the proposed method is veri ed.
