Abstract(in English) | The electrical clinical thermometer which predicts body temperature in the axilla as the vital index is the most mainstream. However, it is difficult to maintain the position status of the thermometer in the elderly and slimming person's axilla, so premeasurement frequently occurs at each medical facility. Therefore, in order to solve such a drawback, we have developed a new electronic clinical thermometer that can attach a soft sponge to the temperature measuring part where the thermistor at the tip is located and can adhere to the axilla. From this, since body temperature prediction in the axilla was standard in the medical field so far, we developed a thermometer without changing the standards so far. However, attaching a sponge complicates the structure and reduces the thermal conductivity to the thermistor that senses heat. In this study, we developed an algorithm that can calculate the body temperature numerically from the electric circuit by modeling the structure to measure body temperature in a short time and high precision and using electrical method. Based on that formula, we verified whether we can predict body temperature with high accuracy in a short time. |
