Abstract(in English) | In recent years, it is expected that the Vehicle to Vehicle (V2V) communication system based on Wi-Fi will be installed into vehicles to realize Cooperative ITS. The V2V system is the system which broadcasts the location information of the vehicle every 100msec and enables them to avoid collisions with other vehicles. However, it has been pointed out that the V2V system has some vulnerability in the environment where there is radio interference in dense vehicles situations or the hidden terminal problem could happen in non-line-of-sight(NLOS) situations. In that environments, we think that mobile network can complement V2V systems to increase communication reliability. On the other hand, there are some performance limits in mobile network due to base station(eNB) specification and implementation in terms of radio resource. On top of that the communication charges is too expensive to pay for vehicle drivers due to high frequent uploading. So we propose the vehicle location information communication algorithm to solve a trade-off between the reduction of communicated location information and the position accuracy. This algorithm made our location information communication system have good performance in terms of both criteria mentioned above. In this paper, we have made some improvements by a few percentage points on the reduction rate of the location information with keeping the position accuracy. |
