Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) In recent years, with the miniaturization and multi-function-alization of information equipment, the influence of Far-End-Crosstalk (FEXT) generated in the adjacent signal line becomes a problem. In this laboratory, we are studying to add Capacitance between Signal-Lines on Microstrip-Line for the purpose of reducing FEXT. So far, the additional capacitance value can be calculated from the line constant. However, it may be different from the value obtained by waveform analysis. In this paper, attention is paid to the addition method and structure of capacitor parts, and the difference is shown.
