| Abstract(in English) | Safety information of the victims at the time of disaster is an important clue for the identification of rescue and necessary supplies. Ensuring means of communication to deliver safety information securely is one of the very important elements at the time of disaster. Web171 service that was started in 2006 expands its feature in 2012 and 2016. In order to provide extension services, the technologies which can control huge safety information of various media types and ensure the ability to control the traffic for exchanging information in cooperation with other systems become necessary. In this paper, we disclose the details of these issues and show solving methods and evaluation. |
