Abstract(in Japanese) | (See Japanese page) |
Abstract(in English) | Recently, organic-inorganic perovskite solar cells (PSCs) have attracted great attention due to their high-power conversion efficiency over 20%. However, PSCs are degraded by exposing in air easily, and having an obstacle for the practical application. In this contribution, to reveal the cause of degradation of planar heterojunction PSCs, we exposed CH3NH3PbI3 and HC(NH2)2PbI3 perovskite films to O2 or H2O+N2 atmosphere and analyzed obtained films by employing Ultraviolet-Visible (UV-vis), Atomic Force Microscope (AFM), X-ray Diffraction (XRD), and Scanning Electron Microscope (SEM) measurement techniques. As a result, perovskite films were degraded by H2O molecules with changing the light- absorption, morphology, and crystalline structure. |
