| 抄録(和) | 企業や組織間のデータ共有及び利活用によって新規ビジネス創出への期待が高まっているが，データの入手・利活用などのあらゆる実行動には多大なコストが生じる．そのため，事前にどのようなデータを入手し，どのような分析によってどのような仮説が検証できるのかというシナリオを立て，評価することが重要である．本研究では，Innovators Marketplace on Data Jacketsの実験的データ市場の枠組みを拡張し，実際のデータの入手，実データの分析，課題発見とフィードバックという実社会とのインタラクションを含んだ実装的データ市場におけるプロセスを観察する．実際の分析は様々な試行錯誤によって結果を得るプロセスであり，分析計画と実データ分析の間にはギャップが存在する．実装的データ市場においても，途中で仮説を修正したり，期待する結果が得られないといったギャップに遭遇し得ることが明らかとなり，上流設計部にあたるデータ入手以前の分析シナリオの十分な議論が比較的評価の高い分析結果を得ることに影響するという示唆が得られた． |
| 抄録(英) | Although the potential expectation about generating innovative businesses and creating values by combining data stored in different domains has been increased, all the actions such as obtaining and utilizing data cost the expense. Therefore, it is important to create and evaluate scenarios about what kind of data to obtain and what kind of hypothesis can be verified by what kind of analysis in advance. In this paper, we extend the framework of the experimental Market of Data of Innovators Marketplace on Data Jackets, and analyze the process in the practical Market of Data including actual data acquisitions, data analyses, evaluations and feedback, including interactions with the real world. Actual data analysis is a process to obtain results by various trial and error, and there is a gap between analysis scenarios and actual data analyses. Even in the practical Market of Data, we found the gaps, e.g., participants have to revise their hypotheses or change the datasets because they cannot get the expected analysis results through their processes. The results suggest that enough discussions of the analysis scenarios before the data acquisitions and analyses may affect the analysis results of evaluations. |
